The spacious ground floor is subdivided into multiple compartments and maintains a consistent column grid spaced at six–meter intervals throughout both floors. This level houses a freight elevator to transport heavy loads to the first floor.

Individual studios groundfloor
Besides renting the full ground floor, parts of the ground floor can be used as individual studios.

*Please note that our spaces may experience sound spillage between areas, despite our efforts to minimize it through scheduling.
Due to limited heating facilities, the space remains quite cool. We recommend arranging heaters or warm clothing to ensure your comfort during the production.
First floor
First floor
The first floor of the building is currently divided into two compartments, each equipped with double sliding doors on the north and south sides. The north side has a balcony that offers views of Keilehaven and the M4h area. This floor is conveniently connected to the freight elevator.

Rates
These rates apply to weekdays, with a full day consisting of a maximum of 10 hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
If production occurs outside these hours or during weekends,
a duty manager fee will apply.
The listed prices are exclusive of VAT and utilities:
