Schiedam Centrum and Rotterdam Central Station are the nearest train stations. From there you can take a metro or tram.

By metro

Marconiplein is the nearest station. From there we are 4 minutes by bike or a 10–minute walk.

By tram

From Rotterdam Central Station, take a 10–minute tram ride on tram 11 (Woudhoek), 7 (Marconiplein), or 1 (Holy). Get off the tram at Marconiplein and take a 10–minute walk.

By watertaxi

Stop 81 is right across the Keilehaven and just a 3-minute walk to the venue.

A 16–minute cycle from the Rotterdam Central Station or Schiedam Central Station.

By car

Navigate to Keilestraat 9C, Rotterdam. There are (limited) free parking spots in the surrounding area. The nearest, paid, indoor parking sites are: Parkeergarage Europoint (Marconistraat 16) and Interparking Bigshops (Vierhavensstraat 77)

Accessibility

At Katoenhuis, we value inclusivity.  As a relatively new cultural center, we are actively working to improve accessibility throughout the building. Our ground floor is accessible to visitors using a wheelchair.  At this time, however, we do not yet have a wheelchair-accessible restroom. Unfortunately, the first floor is not accessible to wheelchair users due to the absence of a passenger elevator, so the exhibitions on this floor cannot currently be reached by wheelchair. We recognize these limitations and are committed to making Katoenhuis more accessible in the future.
