The spacious ground floor is subdivided into multiple compartments and maintains a consistent column grid spaced at six–meter intervals throughout both floors. This level houses a freight elevator to transport heavy loads to the first floor. Large doors accessible for trucks make loading of large objects easy.

The first floor of the building is currently divided into two compartments, each equipped with double sliding doors on the north and south sides. The north side has a balcony that offers views of Keilehaven and the M4h area. This floor is conveniently connected to the freight elevator.

Lab (first floor)
Katoenhuis offers The Lab, a versatile space designed to host sessions for 50–60 people. The room can be arranged in various setups and can optionally be combined with adjacent breakout rooms.​
