EXPERIENCE HEARTSYNC

What to expect:

Turn real-time heart data into a shared sensory experience.
In small group sessions of 10 people, participants wear a heart rate sensor and are guided through sound, projection, and breathing exercises. As everyone slows their breath, heartbeats begin to synchronize — and the installation visualizes this connection in real time. Light circles on the floor shift and merge into geometric patterns, making the group rhythm visible. HEARTSYNC invites you to feel your own heartbeat, see others’, and experience what it means to sync as a group.

· Meditative state and shared presence (seated in a circle)

· Wearables: sensor (earclip)

Caring note: This is a non-invasive test and is compatible with individuals who have a heart pacemaker.

Registration & Practical Information:

Each session will take place at Katoenhuis (Keilestraat 9c, Rotterdam).

Your specific time slot will be provided to you at least the day before, depending on the number of registrations.
