Ghost Town is inspired by Erik Davis' book TechGnosis and explores the intersection of technology and mysticism. It shows how technology can serve not only as a practical tool, but also as a vessel for magic, wonder and spiritual exploration. In Ghost Town electronic devices act as portals between the physical and spiritual worlds, allowing spirits to manifest through electricity. It also gives these devices a more autonomous and independent state, revealing that technology doesn’t need humanity after all. Human-centrism, eat your heart out.
